Cancellation Policy

All orders may be cancelled without any fee prior to shipment notification. Once shipment notification has been sent, the order may still be cancelled if it has not yet left the facility, but with a 10% restocking fee. Once the item has been dropped off at the post office there are no returns or cancellations. Due to the nature of the products we sell, most of them cannot be returned. We do offer returns on a select few products. If you have a question on a particular item please do not hesitate to contact us and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
